We agree to provide you with Two Precision Tune-Ups and Safety Inspections Per Year as described below to help provide a comfortable, energy efficient, and Safe indoor enviroment.

Procedures include:

  • Clean or replace standard 1" air filters
  • Inspect inside & outdoor coil (clean at discounted service rate if necessary)
  • Inspect primary and secondary drains
  • Check condensate drain
  • Drain tablets & CO2 (extra costs)
  • Inspect blower components
  • Lubricate all moving parts (where applicable)
  • Monitor and record air conditioning operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge
  • Monitor and record voltage and amperage on all motors and compressors
  • Monitor heating and air condition cycle
  • Inspect heat exchanger and burners
  • Inspect ignition system
  • Inspect and test safety control
  • Inspect thermostat for proper operation
  • Adjust airflow for proper temperature rise
